Kung Fu League 2018

Martial arts comedy following a group of kung fu legends banding together to take on the bad guys. The legends includes VINCENT ZHAO reprising his role as ‘Wong Fei Hung’ with DENNIS TO once again portraying ‘Wing Chun’ master ‘Ip Man’, DANNY CHAN KWOK KWAN as ‘Chen Zhen’ and ANDY ON as master ‘Huo Yuan Jia’.

The League of Gentlemen 1999

The League of Gentlemen is a British comedy television series that premiered on BBC Two in 1999. The show is set in Royston Vasey, a fictional town in Northern England based on Bacup, Lancashire. It follows the lives of dozens of bizarre townspeople, most of whom are played by three of the show's four writers—Mark Gatiss, Steve Pemberton, and Reece Shearsmith—who, along with Jeremy Dyson, formed the League of Gentlemen comedy troupe in 1995. The series originally aired for three series from 1999 until 2002 followed by a film in 2005. A three-part revival mini-series was broadcast in December 2017 to celebrate the group's 20th anniversary.

A League of Their Own is a comedy panel game that was first broadcast on Sky1 on 11 March 2010. It is hosted by Gavin and Stacey star James Corden and features Andrew Flintoff and Jamie Redknapp as team captains and John Bishop and Georgie Thompson were regular panelists for the first four series alongside two weekly guests. Jack Whitehall joined the cast as a regular panellist from the fifth series onwards.

League of Super Evil is a Canadian animated television series inspired by the sketch "Once Were Heroes" by Ryan Harper-Brown, co-created by Philippe Ivanusic-Vallee, Davila LeBlanc, Peter Ricq, developed by Asaph Fipke, and produced by Nerd Corps Entertainment in conjunction with YTV. On YTV, it premiered on March 9, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. ET. The show is airing on Nickelodeon in Canada, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal and on Cartoon Network in most of Southeast Asia, India, Australia, New Zealand, The United States, CBBC in United Kingdom and Canal Plus, Canal J, and Gulli in France. The first season consisted of 26 episodes. The second season consisted of 13 episodes. In total, 52 episodes have aired. In Latin America, it is aired on Disney XD. The second season started airing in Canada in September 2010 and the third season aired from June 2012 to August 2012. The series ended on August 25, 2012.

A League of Their Own is an American sitcom that aired from April 10, 1993 to April 24, 1993 with two additional episodes aired on August 13, 1993. based on the movie from 1992 starring Sam McMurray in his first leading role on a TV Show. Megan Cavanagh and Tracy Reiner reprised their roles from the movie.

The Red-Headed League

The Red-Headed League is an episode of the Sherlock Holmes television adaptations of the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle stories, produced by British television company Granada Television between 1984 and 1994. The episode was first broadcast on the ITV network in the UK in 1985, and starred Jeremy Brett as the famous detective. It was the fifth of six episodes aired in the series' second season, and the twelfth of the shows overall.

Fantasy Football League 1994

Fantasy Football League is a British television programme hosted by Frank Skinner and David Baddiel. The programme began on BBC Radio 5 and was hosted by Dominik Diamond before transferring to BBC2, with three series being broadcast from January 1994 to May 1996. The show then moved to ITV for live specials on alternate nights throughout 1998 World Cup and then again through the 2004 European Championship. It is not known if the show is ever likely to return. In its absence, Baddiel and Skinner instead went on to produce a series of podcasts for The Times, documenting their experiences while travelling across Germany at the 2006 World Cup. The success of these led to the duo being signed by Absolute Radio, where they hosted a similar show from South Africa during the 2010 World Cup.

The Super League Show is the BBC's rugby league highlights programme, shown on BBC One in the North of England, repeated nationally on BBC Two a few hours later, and also on the BBC website and BBC iPlayer. The programme, produced by PDI Media at BBC Yorkshire's studio in Leeds, is presented by Tanya Arnold with match commentary from Dave Woods & Andy Giddings and analysis from a variety of studio guests from Super League.

Mutant League 1994

Mutant League was an animated series based on the videogames Mutant League Football and Mutant League Hockey which aired from 2 July 1994 to 24 February 1996. The show ran for two seasons, with the second typically incorporating more poignant stories and issues, while the first seemed somewhat hodgepodge with little regard for continuity. There are forty episodes in all, thirteen in Season 1 and twenty-seven in Season 2.

Indoor League

Indoor League is a television series broadcast in the United Kingdom by Yorkshire Television during the 1970s. It was hosted by England cricketer Fred Trueman who often wore a cardigan whilst smoking a pipe throughout his links. He always ended the show with the phrase, "ah'll see thee". The show featured many indoor games, the majority of which were pub games. The sports included Table football, Shove ha'penny, Bar billiards, pool, skittles and arm wrestling amongst others. The show was produced by Sid Waddell, whose major success was to include a darts tournament. Darts coverage on television was in its infancy, with the News of the World Darts Championship having just begun to be broadcast on ITV. Waddell would later go on to become one of the voices of darts on television when the World Championship began in 1978.

League Sunday is an RTÉ Two Gaelic games television show hosted by Michael Lyster, featuring highlights from the National Football League and the National Hurling League. It began on 13 February 2011, at 8:00pm as a replacement highlights show for Sunday Sport.

The League

The League is an Internet series that can be found at www.theleaguetv.com. The League is an original scripted content web series created by Kevin Regan & Joel Rickenbach. Regan does the bulk of the writing, while Rickenbach directs most of the series. It is produced by the duo along with stars Jim Burns and Jim McCabe, and is Executive Produced by George Stulak. The League has a low-budget aesthetic that works perfectly with its tongue-in-cheek tone. It is filmed in Wilmington, DE, and West Chester, PA. The series chronicles the everyday lives of Hitmen - Todd Britches and Gary Goldman- Think The Odd Couple meets Pulp Fiction. Episodes often feature a dark figure in silhouette known as "The Boss," giving the League their "assignments." In season two, the mysterious Anastasia/Claire goes from trying to "eliminate" The League, to joining their forces. The first two seasons of The League, are heavily influenced by "The Ring of Domination," or R.O.D. Ring. The ring makes its first appearance in episode 3. It has been revealed that ring is some sort of "key." As of season two's "The R.E.D. Folder Part 2," The B.O.S.S., Mother RUSSIA, and R.O.S.S all have possession of one ring each. There is a fourth ring that each of them is willing to kill for. The whereabouts of this ring have yet to be divulged.

ESPN Major League Soccer

ESPN Major League Soccer is a promotion of Major League Soccer on ESPN and ESPN2, with simulcasts on ESPNHD and ESPN2HD. Major League Soccer on ESPN2 debuted in 1996, the league's first season, and is guaranteed to stay on the network till at least 2014. From 1996 to 2006, the weekly soccer match on ESPN2 was called MLS Soccer Saturday, but in the new contract, that was replaced by MLS Primetime Thursday. For the 2009 season and beyond, the Thursday telecast was replaced by a variety of primtime games on Wednesdays through Saturdays. Beginning in 2009, as part of ESPN's far-reaching strategy of moving sports programming to ESPN, all matches - including MLS Cup - are now aired on either ESPN or ESPN2.

ESPN Major League Baseball is a promotion of Major League Baseball on ESPN and ESPN2, with simulcasts on ESPNHD or ESPN2HD. ESPN's MLB coverage debuted on April 9, 1990 with three Opening Day telecasts. ESPN Major League Baseball is guaranteed to remain on air until 2021. The title is derived from the fact that it may come on a night when ESPN doesn't have a scheduled game. The different weekly regular season games that ESPN presents: Sunday Night Baseball presented by Taco Bell, Monday Night Baseball presented by USAA and Wednesday Night Baseball presented by Goodyear, and formerly ESPN DayGame presented by Fruit of the Loom and Thursday Night Baseball powered by Castrol. In addition to regular season games, ESPN also airs 10 spring training games entitled ESPN Spring Training and formerly aired Division Series playoff games entitled The Division Series on ESPN. ESPN also airs a daily highlight show called Baseball Tonight at 10 p.m. ET and 12 a.m. ET. ESPN Radio has also been airing Major League Baseball since 1998, broadcasting Sunday Night Baseball as well as select other regular-season games, the All-Star Game and Home Run Derby, and the entire postseason including the Wild Card Game, Division Series, League Championship Series, and World Series.

Action League Now! 1996

Action League Now! is a stop motion children's television series that was originally part of All That and then KaBlam! on Nickelodeon, and was later spun off into its own short-lived show. It was made using "chuckimation". The series follows the adventures of a superhero league, composed of various action figures, toys, and dolls. The show was created by Tim Hill. Most episodes took place in a house of an unseen resident. Many of the characters were voiced by radio personalities from Pittsburgh.
